@@napalmrecords134 this video was made long before the clelland outfit was released. John also doesn’t wear his iconic hat in the main story. He doesn’t get it until after Arthur dies.

This character creation was created by me. I never uploaded a video on how to do it. Even if there was a video. You wouldn't be able to make it, since the character model was a beta preset, and all of those are now out of the game files and have been given a new model.
