I'm SO gutted its not Collector, but thinking about it I started my secondary character last April and pretty sure it was Collector then The monthy outfit is horrible, possibly the worst yet and no double gold for anything? I played RDO from day one, then dumped it when they nerfed the gold for dailies back in 2021. I came back to it between Christmas and new year and was shocked that I was still one of the higher level players at 235. I convinced some friends to join last month and using the 12 min per bounty plan, they managed to get enough gold to buy every role, plus have some to spare... if it had been this month, with that update, there's no way they'd play more than a week
Such a shame RDO wound up how it is. I really don't understand the point of making it if Rockstar was only going to half-ass it the way it has. It had an interesting set up, the world has an incredible amount of detail and breadth but the actual effort into it vs GTA Online is like they just suddenly got bored and fucked off never to return. The roles are a lot of fun, the Capitale missions are interesting and adds a nice bit of criminal fuckery you'd expect but outside of 'hey you unlocked a new hat for doing X on ruthless!' it still feels a bit empty. During the lockdowns I had time to binge RDO and have a high level character but I've nearly maxxed all roles (all except bounty hunter but that's only by 1 more level lol) got some of the best horses (a bit unsure about getting the Arabian-sure it's fast and expensive but from reviews I've seen it'll buck you in a split second when it spots a snake) so I just have a tonne of money and gold gathering dust and still farting about in a cushy tent. Now what? Where's the main missions going? They haven't come out with anything close to an ending for years now and that player buyable house turned out to be a prank or something. It sucks because I do still like the world, I like travelling around doing collector shit, raiding hideouts etc and dressing my guy like an idiot or like some spaghetti western character. There is a lot of potential but it feels so wasted.
Rockstar really want to discourage players from playing rdo...I don’t want to buy capital to play barely profitable missions it’s stupid. And only one limited item.
Love your work and support you still give to this unfortunately dead online game, Would love to see you make a comparison and rank for all guns (including the special guns in story mode to see if there is a difference between the standard ones) like the one you did for the repeaters, I know its a hard work but if you need help with the gathering data part for the videos I can help.
Thanks for the feedback. Yeah I was going to do more but the editing took so, so long to do and there wasn't much interest in the videos once the were done, or just didnt really get any traction. Not sure I will continue on the series, but thanks for the feedback and offer. Appreciate it.

@DirtyTyler What is your opinion about the new Rockstar Games user agreement, in which it clearly states that Rockstar Games will share your personal information and gaming history with foreign countries that may not respect your privacy? To sign the agreement is to free Rockstar of any negative consequences that may result of them sharing (or selling?) your information with foreign countries.

Its a complicated subject, in general i don't like when companies update their policies like this, but nothing struck me as major. I obviously don't know exactly what they are covering themselves for but If they tranfer your data out of your country to store or process they would have to do that. I live in Europe so we have GDPR (very complicated data protections laws). It would make sense if Rockstar wanted to save or process my info on America servers they would have to have me agree. Under GDPR there has to be "appropriate safeguards" put in place for the tranfer. Its a complicated subject tho and differs country to country.

As for this directly, they have to state how they use your info, so i had a look at www.rockstargames.com/privacy One thing that concerns me is "In the last 12 months, Take-Two has sold and/or shared unique identifiers, IP address, as well as Internet/Electronic Activity and Profile Inferences with third-party advertising providers to enable us to provide personalized advertising to you and others like you" and Take two can sell your data as there is an opt out if you want to stop it. "Opt-out of the sale or sharing of your personal information " so probably safe to assume they sell it on
It's literally never gonna happen. R* themselves said so. They mentioned that they won't release any new content but will still support the game by recycling the same content, again and again.
