Scenario 1) There is a 72 hour real life cooldown since the last legendary bison you killed/sedated. Scenario 2) There’s another event happening in the area. Ride away and come back. Scenario 3) Your naturalist isn’t rank 15 and spawn rate might not be as guaranteed.
Ok for those on Xbox who did this but didn’t get the map here’s a easy way go to Sean’s blood money mission choose stage coach stickup (the first one) then if he says “now” in the beginning then have high hopes, you go to a point in the map in great plants above the Z in great Elizabeth (mark it on your map) ride in your horse and look on a cliff side for a skinny brittle broken down tree and there is always a map you have to collect 5-14 maps then lake Isabella should spawn in either one of them I’ll see if I can do anything else for people having trouble after you get a map immediately press the home button (the Xbox button) and close out of red dead it will save the map and make sure you don’t have to wait 3 days for a cooldown
So, update, you dont need the legendary bison to spawn because I just got him to spawn randomly after chasing a herd of bison. So thats the update, I wish you guys and gals good luck with this glitch/method👍
I think i figured it out for Xbox. It’s a balance of the game trying to spawn different things for you to do. So you basically need rank 5 at-least but it’s not always going to give you a legendary bison unless you’re a higher naturalist role. I just go straight to mountain and the treasure hunter is always there.
I got the bison and treasure map and fallowed all instructions, but when I went back online and tried to start another delivery, all my supplies were gone
Is there a way to make the bison spawn? Even without skinning the bison I just go to one location and the guy with the map appears but never any legendary bison, I was hoping to get a 2 for 1 deal lol
I found the treasure hunter without finding the animal.. he put the map away as I got there and when I shot him he didn’t drop it. When I looted him I got the map and missed my chance to disconnect 😢 when will I get another shot at this again?
I would recommend you people to 100% be a level 15 naturalist because as a level 14 naturalist it spawned my first time but took 3 other try's to get it to spawn in.
@@spookyyblox3331 I appreciate it man. I honestly found this method on accident by skinning this bison in a solo lobby, not expecting treasure Hunter to spawn. I even tried skinning it at different areas, but this specific spot to skin seems to be the only way to get the treasure Hunter to spawn INSTANTLY. Glad it worked for you!
I keep spawning at the other side of the map at macdatlanes ranch and when I go to change appearance I load out of on line and then have to load back in does any of this matter and if im nor a naturalist does that matter
Im going to pop a blood vessel😭 i keep getting stuck in the "are you sure you want to exit to free roam?" When i go change my character and so ive done it twice with my very slow xbox one and im alread tired, id rather be broke than to do all of that with my old ass xbox🤧🤧
Honestly I don't know where you get the motivation to continue for more than like 15 times, I can't even do it I literally have to go on my phone for like 3 mins to load in something, games, world's, etc...
If you get stuck on that screen join a recent player from your current session. It will give you another confirmation screen saying you can’t do that. This will fix your other screen you’re talking about
Bro this is a way more complicated version to do this...and only %30 of the time it works. Mainly just messes with your xbox and overheats it and also going offline and online screws everything up. Much easier ways to get what you want. More healthy ways instead of jamming up your xbox .
Take the dirty clothes off the Xbox fan and maybe clean the grease off the disk. nothing you’re saying is even a thing related to this game or how it performs
it has the same effect if i just unplug my Lan Cable right? (edit: it does, and another thing, all those extra steps aren't necesarry, it works without those even faster and better)
@@harmsway9365 no I meant the whole thing with hunting that animal, you can do it without it, at least the treasure hunter spawned even without skinning the animal
@@slayer_de8177 I mean you can if you don’t have 15 naturalist. But if you’re 15 or higher, bison will almost always spawn first long as you don’t have the cooldown active
On further testing and other people commenting it seems you need naturalist. If you don’t have it, you can still search for that map/treasure Hunter without finding the bison first. I tried it on my Alt account that doesn’t have naturalist, and I’ve been finding the map on that tree or the treasure Hunter pretty consistently
