Hi, you could try lowering the water reflection quality and water physics quality

@@pratman6788 hi, have you tried going to Settings > Display > HDR calibration and trying it there? What about when you press the button with three dots to open up the Steam settings and upping the brightness there? Maybe try disabling HDR if all else fails and try to see if that changes anything.
