At long last I have a video that mostly shows off one of my favorite D1 exotics that has made its way into D2, and that is the Red Death exotic pulse rifle, but has now returned as a pulse in the energy weapon slot, as a solar weapon and under a new name, Red Death Reformed. As much as I'm glad it's back, the very fact that they tried making the weapon into a burst hand cannon in vanilla D2 still boggles my mind to this day. It's one thing to turn Zhalo Supercell into a SMG with Riskrunner, but I don't think Crimson had the same kind of success replacing Red Death, with perhaps the exception of it being part of a PvP meta to some degree.
