Hey DAD you made me buy 3 ulti"s for this deck. Love RDA. With Supernova. its just a great deck. He might be a pretty great boss monster for other decks too with cards like Needlefiber

Synchro Call is way better then Synchro Transmission for this purpose, and this is why: Synchro Transmission can only be activated during the Main Phase, while Synchro Call can be used during your opponent’s draw phase. And the difference resides on the fact that your opponent will do 99% of his plays during the main phase, so player’s priority will always matter here. And why? Because King Calamity’s effect is an optional effect that can be activated WHEN he is synchro summoned, aka it will always miss timing if you activate Synchro Transmission, Synchro Call, or Burning Soul as the chain link 2 of a chain, so with Synchro Transmission you will always have to wait for your opponent to do his plays before you can use it as the link 1 of a chain to summon Calamity in a way that it doesn’t miss timing.
I always had this thought in the past profiles, but i really really like the blackwitch in this deck even with her errata. Its a card i never thought of myself, but i cant see myself ever cuttin her now. I actually run a DAD in the Deck too as when you search him with Witch while he cant use his poppin effect, he is still an additional big booty on the field, as when use the witch and Etco resonator when you make a Level 8 Synchro from them you can immideatly summon him. So yeah i really like the Witch DAD interaction. Also you can use him with the lv 1 resonators for additional lv 8 Synchro summons
In the combo you showed, you can use witch's eff to search Wildwind and special summon the second Red Rising with it, then use its eff to special summon Crimson Resonator and proceed to special summon Supernova, finally activate Synkron Resonator's eff to recover Creation Resonator and special summon it to get Abyss.
Synchro call is also a good way to calamities on your opponents turn. Also you could drop the pixie or void ogre to put in a second bane. I never found my self card less with void ogre in my deck so I dropped it for another bane and makes it easy to setup double abyss

I love seeing your Synchro deck videos man The goal is to make decks that uniquely use one summoning mechanic but I mean I understand that certain decks got link monsters so I just count them as whatever deck they’re in lol
Also please show more combos/test runs in another video! I'm loving this deck so far but sometimes I miss plays that I didnt realize I could do at first.
I play condemned witch instead of standard witch, so that I can search forbidden droplet. I also went in on the trap card, (3 copies of it and 3 trap trick) cuz red supernova with the trap sitting behind it, is an actual win condition. Red supernova becomes unaffected by everything after the trap resolves, so it’s like a trap card misc that also board wipes your opponent. You want to use supernova’s effect as a last resort. Play protect the castle. It banishes itself as cost, so you can dodge effects that would fuck you up otherwise. It of course still loses to a kaiju, but not to dark ruler, because you can chain the trap to it and suddenly you have a 5500 dude that’s unaffected and at any point you can decide to banish your opponent’s field and they can’t do anything about it.
Sorry to shoot your combo down but you could also go for x2 Red Resonator, a Crimson Resonator and a Red Resonator which will let you get more tuners in the GY for Red Supernova's attack bonus, plus the LP gain from Red Resonator. It's a combo I've found useful a lot incase they have something to drop Red Supernova on summon for any reason at all. You'll be able to have at least 10,100 LP from that combo alone, plus a Red Supernova with like what, 5500 attack?
I'm surprised how long the RDA build has flown under everybody's radar. We look at it as a gimmicky anime-style deck but it's as competitive today as Blackwings ever were in ye olde days. It's also a pretty strong anti-meta deck given just how efficient it is on the play or the draw and it can be tuned with plenty of disruption and stuns from the hand, backrow or monster effects. That being said, it's also fairly easy to disrupt this deck, a weakness it certainly shares with most builds relying on the extra deck.
