Absolutely gorgeous bird. It would be great to sit and watch all the different birds visit your feeder. That squirrel came out of nowhere. He'll be surprised the next time he tries to get up there and can't. Everytime I see your big feeder I always remember the feeder Shoe sent you and smile. Take care and have a great week
HI Matt I love woodpeckers we use to get them in our garden where we use to live next to a park but we don't see them in our garden here. They enjoyed the bird house & feeder like your woodpecker does. 😊👍
Oh Beautiful. Oh no my dad told me squirrels were mean. He tried to feed one and it bit him and attacked him. Well at least we got to see the Beautiful redhead woodpecker 😊
Yeah, they are pretty skiddish. In & out quick usually. I usually have suet cakes out all winter for the Woodpeckers. Lots of Downys & red bellys in the winter here. We all sure do miss brother Shoestring, don't we!? Cheers my friend & thanks for watching!
