That feeling when you’re listening to the RHCP’s new album for the first time and already wish you could unhear it, so every next time was as phenomenal as the first time 😁
Shoutout to whomever mixed this album. SoOooOo freaking clean!!! This is hands down my all time favorite album (not just from them, but OF ALL TIME). Most songs on this album feel like 2 songs in 1. These guys and their music have aged like fine wine, only gotten better with time. Much respect to them and their team, and the journeys they’ve traveled.
This new album has a really good 👍 sound. The RHCP brought back that old heavy funky sound from their early years, and blend it with that grunge sound from the 1990s.

@@matthewodonnell7418 I've watched a lot of RHCP concerts and I knew that one was something special. I took my son, 12 yo, it was his first concert. It was incredible.
This band, this album even, makes me feel so at home. I feel so alone and empty without them, but once I hear a song or even a mention of any of the boys, I feel rejuvenated and alive once again. Anywhere I go, aslong as I have access to them, I'm hone. I'm free. Thank you chili peppers, I don't think you guys know just how loved and cherished you are, by EVERYONE!! 🌍🌶👑💞
Melodic and funky. Two in one. And it works so well. The trumpets in the 2nd chorus go well, the bassline is sick the guitar is slow and fast. And let's not forget the hard rock riffs at 3:10 This song has everything
to hear to this band pieces again make me enjoy and so proud with my old high school fellas and realize how good the skills of RHCP players are in playing instruments .. great piece ! congratulations ..
These last two albums I've heard more of Johns solo sound come through. This song starts sounding like his own solo song, then plows right into some hardcore RHCP.
I absolutely agree, dude! I love RHCP so much! I was so happy when I heard & saw John Frusciante was back in the band for #UnlimitedLove - I love every song on that album; my favorite is “These Are The Ways”. I haven’t heard this entire album yet #ReturnoftheDreamCanteen, only about 3 songs, & yes, I loved the songs. Do you guys like this album or their previous one better or both equally the same?
