I criticized Josh after hearing the album without John, but live he is quite good, and now 20 year old songs sound fresh as ever. And lets face it: a new sound is what the Chili Peppers probably needed.

Josh Klinghoffer is quite talented. Definitely one of the best young guys out there. Honestly, this might be the best rendition of Give It Away because of his first guitar solo. RHCP can still rock harder than most guys half their age, cheers to good music!

I don’t get why Josh’s tone bounced so much. Like his 2011-2014 tone was WAY diff than his 2015-2017 tone, and his 2018-2019 one was diff as well. One of those things that I liked and disliked about him. Getting varied sounds is nice, but sometimes a solid warm tone is all that’s needed yknow
