Everyone who is loving John's vocals in this (they are awesome) need to realize that this song has some of kiedis' best melodic lines and shows off his lyrical genius 1:30

John's vocals, especially at the end, just make me melt. This entire song, however, is quintessential Chilis. Everyone is at their best and we even get some trumpet for sprinkles on the cake. Shame this one didn't get put on the album but I'm glad it's not locked in a vault, either. Makes you wonder what IS locked in a vault that hasn't been leaked?

To me this is better than most of the tracks on By The Way - what an incredible time of creativity for this band. Thanks for the upload.

Really is one of my favorite RHCP songs. It's so pretty! Like Slow Cheetah, Dosed, Porcelain, Strip My Mind, Road Trippin, Tear, Lotus Kids and Desecration Smile.

I love the verses. Especially the third one. “Your voice was cracking up across state lines”. Amazing lyrics in this song, Anthony is a fucking poet, probably the best songwriter ever. I’d say Anthony is right there with Bob Dylan and Lennon-McCartney.

This is among their most complete and album-worthy b-side songs. Up there in the God-Tier category with the likes of Bunker Hill and Rivers of Avalon. I personally think it's one of their best songs, and one of the best song of early 2000s music period. It's a damn shame more people never got to hear it. I'da swapped this with Cabron. Absolute masterpiece.
