@@irenahalder well, maybe Eddie Hazel, but not anymore. he has a nice guitar here, effects, amps, sound crew, etc., but most of the tone comes from his hands/fingers/heart/mind/spirit
@@illinoisjones1125 i looked it up, he broke a string, that's no big deal, no matter what you do if a string is going to break it's going to break, breaking a string just adds to the live experience, & he kept playing just fine

Onestamente Flea dovrebbe tenere la politica lontana dai palchi. I Red Hot e la politica sono un binomio che non è mai esistito per un motivo, ovvero che questa band è essenzialmente sinonimo di cazzeggio e divertimento (e l'occasione punta di profondità/romanticismo) da 40 anni. Pochissimi gli episodi nella loro carriera 100% politici, Green Heaven, Power Of Equality, pochi altri. Poi oh per carità, libero di dire quello che vuole quando vuole, ed è risaputo che lui ed Anthony sono due dem convinti, ma sarebbe interessante sentirlo argomentare oltre che tirare il sasso stravolgendo le parole di una canzone. Chissà se era "pro-choice" anche l'anno scorso quando venivano imposti obblighi vaccinali a destra e a manca, incluso il suo paese d'origine che è stato il più violento di tutti a reprimere il dissenso e la libertà di espressione tanto cara agli americani.
Io credo che si riferisse all'aborto, dato che recentemente è stato vietato in diversi stati americani. Pea parla di un violento "omofobo stronzo bifolco", cioè proprio lo stereotipo di chi è contro l'aborto. C'entrava bene con la canzone. Edit: rileggendo, probabilmente facevi notare il fatto che Flea sia pro-choice per l'aborto ma non per i vaccini. Sono due argomenti piuttosto diversi, e i motivi che stanno alla base di un lato sono molto soggettivi e poco scientifici/altruisti. Torno a dire che nel caso del testo di questa canzone ci poteva stare, non mi ha dato assolutamente fastidio.
