It was so cool how the movie started of in black and white and got more and more colour as it went on.

Yeah I read the book it was really good I loved the movie honestly better and if was in Jonas' eyes that's why the color changed

i hate how people don't like the romance plot. the romance plot line adds to the idea of him discovering emotions. it's only natural that love is one of the strongest, and he experiences sadness, pain, and anger as well. in my opinion, the movie was better.

the book is really good. since there's not much in-depth narration you can do in a movie, not to mention restriction when it comes to length, the movie was a little confusing for me, especially the ending. reading the book cleared the entire thing up for me. it was also really entertaining because everything is explained in detail so you understand it
