Red Munia (Strawberry Finch) Male & Female Sounds. 3 Hour Audio - Recorded on December 25th 2019.
These cute and small birds belong to a breeder in my town. Actually, these birds were about to be adopted by someone who for some reason suddenly canceled their wishes at the last moment. There are two types of birds that are on us, Red Munia (or also called Stawberry Finch/Red Avadavat/Amandava), and also Timor Zebra Finch (Zebra Finches which have smaller body sizes than usual). This time I recorded only Red Munia. However, if heard carefully there are some other bird sounds around. Yes, those are some birds that we have kept long ago.
These birds will not yet be bred. But we give them nests to keep them warm at night, and take shelter from the hot sun during the day.
