INGREDIENTS:
1.SUGAR - 350g
2.RED PUMPKIN - 250g
3.GHEE - 1tsp
4.WATER - 100ml
PROCESS:
Pumpkin Halwa or Kaddu ka halwa is a rich Indian pudding dessert recipe made with yellow or red pumpkin, a teaspoon of ghee. This pumpkin halwa can be made vegan and keto-friendly.
I have prepared this dish in my own vessel
This Pumpkin halwa is very light and delicious.
Pumpkins are naturally sweet so adjust the sugar accordingly.
Firstly, clean the Instant pot thoroughly.
Peel the pumpkin skin and cut in to like a dice. Take a vessel and 100 ml of water pour the pumpkins closed a lid and cook. After 7 mnts the cooked pumpkin smashed by using a smasher.
Heating a kadai add 300 gms of sugar to make a caramel, then add a little water or boiled pumpkin water.
Then add a smashed pumpkins to squeeze friendly.
By using this pumpkin caramel sweet pachadi 2 mnts before halwa padham.
Lastly add a teaspoon of ghee save a boul and hotly serve with snacks
