Texas Tech is a very average team coming into 2024. The Red Raiders have almost no weaknesses at any position, but also really no specific strengths. The overall consistency of their roster should help them in making a bowl game, but hold them back from contending for the playoffs.

You vastly underestimate Tech’s depth. They are the deepest with talent because of 2-3 back to back top 25 recruiting classes. Texas Tech doesn’t have any superstars? Tahj Brooks led the entire country in forced missed tackles last year and finished 3rd in total rushing yards. He’s insane

Colorado has some talented skill players even though they are overrated as a whole. I wouldn't be surprised if they are favored simply because of the hype around them but it is a very winnable game for Tech

I wouldnt call WSU a toss up...even though its on the road, Tech should win that one fairly easily (10 pts)...losing Cam Ward, and Josh Kelly (now at Tech) will be a big deal for them. WVU is not more talented on defense...TTU has 4* HS recruits littered on their defensive depth chart...they only lack the overall experience.

We've specifically looked at that game more since posting and that is one that we would maybe move to around 70% for Texas Tech, but unfortunately we can't change at this point. Thanks for the comment!

The hype will continue on Colorado this year and then when prime leaves we won’t hear anything about them at all. Especially after Colorado flops again this year. Tech will win easily at home over them. Kool aide is a powerful drug evidently.

The Oklahoma St game is on the road for Tech, but I agree it's a likely loss.

Sorry, but your knowledge of TTU's recruiting ( back to back top 25 recruiting classes) and returning talent is pretty off. Stick to what you know, because you're pretty clueless here!!!

Texas Tech will be a solid BIG 12 team. 7-5 is the prediction we went with but it is definitely conservative. They are very capable of reaching 9 wins with the schedule they have. I'm sorry you feel that we're clueless but we actually do quite a bit of research and do know what we're talking about
