What addon combos u like to use with this build if i can ask?

@@depresstrox26 the one that let's you see where turrets are never comes off. I tend to hop around with the others between the flame resistance, range decreased, and the one that keeps them disabled for longer. All do the same thing more or less. For clarification I keep the one that shows me where turrets are bc whispers let's me find vulnerable ppl on unprotected gens. Pop out, get a hit, if they have safety you know precisely which area to not let them run to since you can see where they wanna run- the turrets.

@@depresstrox26 an alternative build I've been running to great success: Whispers, eruption, nowhere to hide, and unforeseen. With cereal and acidic blood. Harass gens and when undetectable whispers track a survivor without a turret. You get far more panic pallet value when they don't know you're coming. I don't like distortion, obviously. So most of the time that nowhere to hide is replaced with surveillance to better track turretless survicors.

@@richt7525 this is interesting as well, my no.1 build right now is really straight forward but i like the break from slow down builds, it goes like enduring, spirit fury, brutal, thrilling tremors, addons: acidic, headband

im a new xenomorph player and I need help I haven't been able to see footprints while in the tunnels a single time despite me constantly looking up while in them and using them a lot is it tied to a specific perk or something because I see everyone else use that ability no problem and it seems really useful but I haven't gotten it to work in any of the matches I have played so any advice would be greatly appreciated

It is def a consistent build for most killers but that is sometimes how the best builds go. I go through a lot of builds and changes before these videos and take what build performs the best and is the most consistent, often I can find a weakness to cover with a non top tier meta perk, but Xeno really doesn't have this issue. Xenos chase is very solid and chase perks don't have the best affect there was testing with superior anatomy, bamboozle, and even I'm all ears for fun snipes but as you get better with xeno none of these perks hold the same weight and are basically not needed. Being knocked out of power can make pallets strong but add ons fix that, Xeno tunnel system gives all the information you really needs so we don't need any info perks. Tunnel system and turrets basically hinders the need for stealth perks. Xeno really only struggles or needs help in two areas. Slowing the game down and dealing with survivors who space well, especially with sprint burst. So we set out to fix the weakest area, regression and delay perks fix the time issue and with xenos insane mobility grim embrace and pop are a great combo, corrupt is almost always in play for best builds but more so with xeno as it allows us to play super hit and run early and generate massive pressure, so many games were ended because of just that fact. The next area is dealing with spacing and sprint burst which we can do with exhaust perks like mindbreaker, which I stated I would bring if I could have a fifth perk, or we change up our gameplay when we notice sprint burst players. The problem is that more time in the game naturally also allows us to typically deal with those players or deal with their teammates to where we have more than enough time to justify longer chases, but then issue really just comes down to exhaust perk or pain res, and pain res wins every time in terms of winning games consistently. This is typically how I decide best builds and while there will normally be a few meta perks in it, I do a lot of other perk test to try and find other big winners. Sometimes, though, the meta perks are simply just the best for a killer.

​@LongClawzHidden xeno only really needs slowdown. The tail gives amazing chase,the tunnels give amazing info and mobility so what else is there to get other than slowdown

​​​@@RedsGamingGears smart thinking, but I would still bring Mindbreaker over Pain Res simply for reliability. Some maps can realy screw up the hook placement and the scourge RNG on top of it (ie. Any indoor map).

It’s more so people are telling Red that we don’t want to see him play the most meta build in the game. If the title was a bit different as well I don’t think people would have been so hard on him.

The title is fine lol it fits the video and the series which has always been a thing. People are just unhappy that it was 4 top tier meta perks, but that is how it goes sometimes. Sometimes the best builds tend to be all gen perks or the top meta perks. I put in a lot of games with a lot of builds and the best build is what gets shown for the best build video lol. Xenomorph excels in a lot of areas as I stated in another comment, the two areas Xeno needs help or benefits from is time, which we get with delay and regression perks and dealing with survivors who space well especially with sprint burst, this is normally a in game macro change that needs to happen or exhaust perks like Mindbreaker which was mentioned in the video. The problem then lies on which is more important and time is just more important than countering the spacing problem with an exhaust perk, more time makes spacing less impactful. I have over 1000 videos with all different builds ranging from fun, meme, and, of course, meta.

Emergency helmet over lambert's map?

Yes, emergency helmet let's me get hit a couple times going in and out of cover while running around a loop that has a turret close by, both are good but I do prefer helmet, if I'm not using bamboozle I sometimes will run helmet and map but alien because of the Bolt probably gets the most value from bamboozle out of all the killers so bamboozle really makes sense

Hey Sonny, I’m really trying to look for the best of the best builds for my Xeno. I’m fairly new to the game, two months in playing and I’m still learning about these perks and especially the character I’m planning to main which is Xeno. Seeing this has me question how’s the play style using this build?

Xeno has some great add ons for chase and info like keyboard, self destruct, and harpoon gun I tend to use those with kanes helmet

@weinteruptth.1479 i don't think xeno needs chase or info. Your tail gives you more than enough power in chase and your tunnels give a ton of info with footsteps and mobility.

Enduring is fun with the add on combo and we have done it before but if a survivor simply hold forward away from a pallet they get enough distance before you can recover with enduing and tail strike. Though you can def catch survivors off guard who chill in front of a dropped pallet

Corrupt allows us to change up our game style off the bat and go for a lot of hit and run for massive pressure. This is less effective without corrupt, it also makes survivors next moves easier to read so it saves a ton of time.

There was a previous draft of the best build with bamboozle and self-destruct but the problem is mostly reliability and most games you are just not getting that much value out of the add on, when you do it feels great but most of the time on tiles its either not useful due to utilizing the tail or being knocked out of power.

@@RedsGamingGears Nah, that's totally fair. I built myself around that AND the utility of the tail, going full stop with Superior. It's true though, two perk slots being dedicated to vaults rather than gen regression or even slow down in gen progress is not as great, but that's what I think of when I go towards Xeno herself. That's also why I got with the helmet, to reduce the stagger so you get more opportunities to use it. Love your build videos though dude. Love to see what people got cookin, and you're kinda my go to for the macro portion of the game lol

Tail attack has a bit more range,can hit over certain loops, and it’s recovery time from a successful hit is a tad bit faster than the normal attack I believe

The build is perfectly tuned for Xenomorph, I put in a lot of games with a lot of different builds. Sometimes, the meta top tier perks just happen to line up to be the best. I often start out with other things, but when talking about the best builds we want the most consistent winning build, top tier and meta perks tend to take up at least some part of the build no matter what, they are top tier perks for a reason. Xenomorph fits an interesting area where the killer really doesn't really need much else other than slow down, but all of these perks work incredibly well with Xenomorph specifically. Corrupt allows us to split pressure early due to tunnels or choose to look for a fast down while knowing roughly the next survivors moves, pain res is obvious choice for most top builds right now due to the strong regression, pop goes the weasle is solid regression but sometimes you can fail to make use of it for simply not being able to get to a said location in time, this is where grim embrace and Xenos fast underground movement help get max value from the perk. While these might not be the most exciting perks they fill the only spot Xenomorph really needs. Xenos chase is solid with the tail, mobility is top notch, information from the tunnels means we don't need info perks, dealing with turrets is taken care of with add ons and doubles as a way to still get damage and pallets. Assuming you are fairly decent and landing tail strikes the only thing that xeno really needs more of in a game is time. The only weakness is good spacing from survivors, especially with sprint bursts, but exhaust perks like mindbreaker just simply don't outweigh the power of the current perks, more time is simply just stronger here, but for most games I would probably slot in mindbreaker just to deal with those survivors, I wouldn't do it against a top level group though hence why this build is the best for Xeno. Or at least how I arrived there. It was not simply let's throw on meta perks and call it good. I test a lot of games.

@@RedsGamingGears I hear you brother. It's obvious you've put the killer through its paces. Just as a viewer (and probably a survivor tbh), it's just a little samey is all. Even having Fearmonger like you mentioned in one of the matches for countering sprint burst after exiting tunnels, and then something like spirit fury to go with the acid blood or whatever would spice it up, and still be very strong when paired with a couple meta perks

Oh, these are fun. Firstly, the Rank 1 stems from the entire series back when ranks were more of a thing, still didn't hold much weight, but that is what was searched and is still searched today. 2nd yes, a "best build" is going to have meta perks in it and most likely consist entirely of them, unless the games I put in testing builds show something different. If there was a 5th perk slot, I'd probably throw on Mindbreaker. As I stated in the video, it counters the one strong counter to the build, which is spacing via sprint burst. My channel has over 1,000 videos with different builds ranging from full off meta, meme, fun, viable, and most likely not viable builds. Most of these builds are requests from the community. The rest of your post seems to be a projection from frustration of the current meta, so I can't really address that.
