If u don't like that tamatari flavour don't try red sauce instead go for masala pasta I have tried this and it was good but that flavour of tomatoes was wild for me even I have used limited according to portion size and yaah i know what u expect from red sauce pasta but just a remainder 💁😬

After blanching/boiling the tomatoes you need to remove the skin. If you are not doing that then what's the use of blanching.

small tip... add salt to the vegetables instead of adding it after adding puree
