Holy s**t, it almost looks like it was used, or someone opened it and messed with it. Ugh. I’m behind in videos, so I really hope this has worked out for you. ☹️ Mine was perfect when it arrived. The crate had all the metal brackets on it and the stand was perfect. Red Sea should be ashamed of how they’re handling this. 😳
Reefgrrl that has been the only thing that has save me so far that i payed with my credit card so they put a hold on the charge. Other than that nothing from MD or RS.
smh. Makes me think twice about ever buying anything from either of them. Even though I have my XL 425 already and I love it, there are lots of Red Sea products that I won’t be getting going forward. Not if they treat people like they have with you. They should be making it right for you and sorting out whatever they need to sort out in their own time. So what are you thinking of in terms of a tank once this is all settled?
Jesse Vaughn I tried returning it to the vendor but I was told to pay shipping back to them out of pocket. Which will cost me around 600 bucks. I'm not spending a dime since I spent 3800 on the original purchase. Thank foe watching
