If Somalia and China has successful Relationship, China will have a strong Presence in the west of Indian Ocean and just like China Presence in Djibouti in the Red Sea. I think our Suffering will continue until at least 2020 because of the International Politics and until the United Nation pack up and leaves and just like when Eritrea closed the United Nation Office and kick them out and replace it with a real Partner of 50/50 for Somalia and the Somali People.
