Considering the recent revival of memes around MGRR it's not surprising that those covers are being recommended all over the place. If you wanna take advantage I'd recommend doing "The Only Thing I Know For Real" next, since it's seeing a surge of popularity from the recent memes. While it's a shame your original work and other covers aren't getting algorithm'd as much, were it not for the MGRR covers I'd never have listened to your other stuff so I wouldn't count it as a negative. Don't know how I missed this for so long, but absolutely worth the wait (as well as the arbitrary wait I accidentally inflicted on myself). It's hard to stand out with MGR covers but the creative liberties you take really do it
Holy SHIT I did not expect such a good cover from a 10k views only video ?! Everything slaps in here ! The guitars and the VOCALS especially I honestly like them as much or more than the original! This definitly deserves more views.
Been following the MGR content for the past few months and my guy, you definitely deserve waaaay more subs for these covers and people should absolutely be checking out your own original works, worth every minute of listening.
The vocals are so fitting for Sundowner, despite no "accent" to your voice it's perfect. Sundowner is calm unlike his fellow winds. Until the second chorus, that is. Again, fitting.
A solid cover! Was hoping that the guitar riff at the chorus present in both versions of the song was present/more noticeable and exaggerated in this cover, but you've definitely got the feel of the original song down in this cover for sure!
