I'm so reminded by 90's rock music with this, which isn't a bad thing at all. It doesn't sound like bands stuck on the 90's sound that can't evolve. It somehow retains some fresh vibes, feels new, but feels a bit borrowed at the same time. This is the first time I've ever heard of this band. I dig it!
I seen these guy's in Charleston, WV and feel in love with this band. Red Sun Rising opened for FFDP"without Ivan" which made me very sad. But still a good show. Can't wait to see them both again. 🎼🎧
Saw RSR in Akron a few weekends ago and I cant tell you how much the song Fascination rocks in person. Night and day from video to hearing live. Almost think the video drags it down. Just my Opinion which means nothing. LOL. This band deserves much more attention. They are amazing!
I’ve been introduced to this band when they played with Godsmack back in 2015. Ive been a fan ever since. Rock on guys! Loving the new songs, can’t wait for the album be released!
In my take of this song it’s about the fascination gods have with humans. It’s us talking to the gods in this song. It’s us wondering why we’re below gods it’s us figuring out they have a fascination with us but won’t be tell us the truth about why or where we come from and just leaving us to wonder and leave it at them just having a fascination with us🤷🏽♂️🤷🏽♂️
"Do you miss us at all? Well nevermind, it's the same old rhetoric. And if you want to complain Well would you mind remembering us for a change?" Huh, funny. When I was listening to this song I remembered when rock was THE genre to listen to in the radio and TV... And yes, I miss it.
I just heard The Beatles' song i am the walrus for the first time and was stunned about how "modern" especially the instrumentals sounded... Then i asked myself why I thought "modern" - only then I realized, the song somehow reminded me of Red Sun Rising... but i can't really pinpoint why :D And also not, why I am writing this down here - maybe just because I feel it should be written down
You light up when you’re in range of the sound of misfortune Someone shaking the change String me up like a marionette dancing for you Do you miss us at all? [Chorus 1] You find what drives you and mesmerized you Leaving us to discover love through... The Fascination isn’t fascination unless it motivates you to death [Verse 2] Do you miss you miss us at all? Well never mind it’s the same old rhetoric And if you want to complain Well would you mind remembering us for a change? [Chorus 2] You find what drives and mesmerized you Leaving us to discover love through... The fascination isn’t The Fascination isn’t Fascination unless Do you miss us at all?
I used to watch the silent movies on "our" local station. I'm happy we get to see silent movie pieces here lately, beings their royalty right ran out.I hope we see more! I lo-o-o-ve this song! Gid you guys are so good! I hope I have a touch of what you caught too. Music is in my blood.
Sounds amazing! I love the guitar accents underneath the chorus. Has that Red Sun Rising vibe, but also sounds completely different at the same time. Can’t wait to hear more off the album!
Saw Red Sun Rising at Anaheim House of Blues, April 10th, they were so good. They have matured into a headlining act. Look out. I'm not that smart, I'm going to have to watch that video many times to get the connection.
I am loving my Thread cd!!! Now if I could only find Making of Kings then I could move onto The Violent merch. But can't seem to find it anywhere. 😞🖤🖤🤘🤘
Cool use of the Sci-Fi classic, "Le Voyage Dans La Lune" by visionary French director George Melies. When it was filmed in 1902, no one could imagine that humans would actually make several voyages to the moon and return the men safely to the earth by the end of the century. The Apollo Program was evidence that humans are capable of incredible feats when we focus on achieving a specific goal, placing our resources and political will behind getting it done. Where have you gone JFK, a nation turns its lonely eyes to you.
When good rock music like this doesn’t get the big exposure like it should in this generation, because shitty pop music is the hot music in this generation. Fuck the pop music. This kicks ass! Rock On!

Hope they get back together!
I was introduced to them when they opened for Stone Sour and they are great live both Stone Sour and Red Sun Rising (and the Dead Deads (the band before RSR and SS))
A few years ago i was scrolling deep into itunes for some new music. I saw the album cover of polyester zeal and it peaked my curiosity. Glad i stuck around! I cant wait to see you in boise!
I'm so excited bc I finally got to buy this cd and Polyester---bout time. But I cant find Making of Kings, so if anyone knows where I can look to buy that one I'd be forever thankful. Thank you 🖤🖤🤘🤘💯💯🤟🤟💜⚡💡
That was really good, wasn't it? And I like the heaviness in it, the one thing that was kinda absent from Deathwish. This album is going to be pretty damn good I bet!
scrolls down sees the moon in the thumbnail scrolls back up (sighs) scrolls back down alright this should be an interesting shitpost clicks on video title loads oh shit it's a red sun rising song
