TODAY'S RECIPE IS Red Velvet Beetroot Cake | Eggless & Without Oven | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
BEETROOT - 1 MEDIUM SIZE
SUGAR - 2/3 CUP
PLAIN CURD - 1/2 CUP
OIL - 1/4 CUP
BEETROOT PUREE - 1/2 CUP
FLOUR - 1 CUP
COCOA POWDER - 1 & 1/2 TSP
BAKING POWDER - 1 TSP
BAKING SODA - 1/2 TSP
MILK - 1/4 CUP
VINEGAR - 1 TSP
SUGAR SYRUP
CREAM CHEESE FROSTING
SWEET BALL
NOTE : 1 CUP = 250 ML

To all those who are saying she might have added colour... It could be an issue with her camera and our screens. On my mobile, during the preparation part the batter colour looks bright red but everything else on her kitchen counter also looks unnaturally bright. After baking her cake looks a natural reddish brown on my screen and the surrounding colours also look more natural. She could have changed her camera settings in between, or it would have automatically adjusted the colour saturation. Also cameras pick up colours differently when white is in focus, which is why the cake crumbs she puts on the white frosting look brighter red again.

Red velvet is with beetroot and cream cheese icing. I found this out when I had red velvet at my wedding. Not only is it a good idea but its the original recipe.

Yes the replacement of food colour is healthy but the full cake can't be healthy because of 1 thing .

The cake is super soft, moist and tasty but don't expect a red colour it's light brown mostly even when you decrease the cocoa powder and increase beetroot (not recommended cake density increases) and also prevent beet from oxidation you WON'T get RED COLOUR. Use it for a chocolate cake by increasing the cocoa powder as per our taste

This is not a genuine recipe, i tried this recipe and my cake turned brown in the end. I came back to check the video and noticed the difference in colour. Beetroot leaves a burgundy colour but yours had rich red colour which is not simply possible.. You have such a great channel why are you deceiving people ?

Instead of food coloring you added beetroot which makes the cake more healthy and tasty 😋 . Proud of your ideas . Really appreciateable . Love the recipe and I tried it out it became very very tasty . Tastiest cake I have ever ate . Actually it was better than market . Keep adding these kind of recipes

I have tried this recipe with beetroot food coloring it doesn't give red color to the cake instead the cake turned out to be yellowish brown. Beetroot food color is a healthier and safer option, but I suggest use the artificial food coloring if you are looking for a perfect deep red hue to the cake.

Great cake.please try other flavours also rather than chocolate like guava, strawberry,apple,carrot, pineapple, blueberry, cookies and cream cake.please share these cakes and only eggless version.
