Red Velvet "Feel My Rhythm" Music Video Reaction 

This song is the perfect combination of RED & VELVET the mixing of classical music & trap music was actually a brilliant idea who would’ve thought of doing something like this??! RED VELVET MAKES IT WORK!! I’m overwhelmed with how good the visuals, the song, and the production for this comeback!! RED VELVET definitely setting the bar too high for KPOP!! They aren’t called “concept queens” for nothing!! ❤️

This is one of Red Velvet's very best title-tracks. And yes, I realize what a bold statement that is. This is when Red Velvet are at their best, when they're not being safe and pushing the boundaries of the genre.

Going back to what Ace said in the Livestream. This song is why I LOVE K-Pop. The genre bending is just so cool. The songs you hear on the radio today are pretty predictable not that it makes it "bad" music. But I can't imagine a song like this being released over here.

Much of the video is inspired by Jheronimus Bosch's work "The Garden of Earthly Delights", that's why the strawberries, Joy inside a flower in the pool, the structure that comes out at the end of the MV and the birds at 2:22 XD However, there are also references to other paintings: -Joy lying in the pond = "Ophelia" by John Everett Millais -Seulgi watching Irene with the umbrella = Claude Monet's “Woman with a Parasol” -Irene on the swing = “The swing” by Jean-Honoré Fragonard -Joy, Seulgi, and Yeri in the field = “Landscape: Shinnecock, Long Island” by William Merritt Chase At first the song caused me some confusion, but after repeating it I loved it and as for the video it is definitely a delight for the eyes 😍

WORK OF ART PRODUCTION i'am into kpop for more than 15 years never see an MV beautiful like that and we know how goor our production are . 1 RED VELVET cover some of the most famous painting in the world all the visal on they're MV are in famous painting 2 the song sample is ARIA OF G made by a famous classical musician JEAN SEBASTIEN BACH 3 the mix we know than kpop is famous to switch beat and make 3 songs in one but here the transition are smooth 4 RED VELVET members they're stunning like never before great outfit , they shine , they look happy .

The whole production of the MV is amazing, the aesthetic, the concept, the costume, the style,the photography, and don't let me start about the song and the vocals, but it is Red F*king Velvet you know. This became my instant fave spring-pop song 😭 This is on its own lane. They got another one 💗💕

The common title is "Air on a G String" but it's correctly known as BWV1068 Orchestral Suite No.3 in D Major, 2nd Movement "Air". Even though its in D Major, when transposed into C Major , the first violin part can play the whole movement on the G string. (and its the stationary and moving themes which are superb in the piece,- the dissonance is sublime!!) RV used the theme to great effect - I know classical has been sampled before in kpop, but the first Bach sample?? And Ace giving ReacttotheK a subtle shoutout !!! (It's their Shinee Code producers breakdown video) - you know you guys gotta do a collab/mashup with Emma!!! BTW, the new Jurassic Park features feathers!!
