[How to Make]
1. Make chocolate cookies by combining softened butter with powdered sugar, then adding an egg yolk and mixing well.
2. Sift in cake flour and cocoa powder, mix into a dough, roll it out to a thickness of 3mm, and freeze for one hour.
3. Use a mold to cut out cookies, place them on a baking mat, and bake. Allow them to cool after coming out of the oven.
4. Heat raisins and red wine to a boil, let it cool, and refrigerate overnight.
5. Make chocolate filling by beating unsalted butter until smooth, adding caramel sauce and mixing well, then adding melted chocolate.
6. Stir in hot mulled wine, transfer to a piping bag, squeeze onto the cookies, add red wine-soaked raisins, cover with another cookie, refrigerate for half an hour, and you're done!
