Received my bottle yesterday and it was love at first sniff. The dry down is absolutely amazing! Steven and Carlos really knocked it out of the park with this creation. The performance and sillage are fantastic as well and it can be worn anytime of the year and for any occasion.
@@dnjakejacob I have so many complex niche fragrances in my collection that most people would never wear so I have a pretty seasoned nose. But there is something about Redbrook I just can't stand I really hate the smell and ive spent 3 days wearing it multiple times a day and it's just not for me I think it's cheap smelling and poorly blended
i just got mine in the mail today and i absolutely love it. smells fantastic on my husband, too. the dry down definitely reminds me of Black Orchid, but I didn't notice this until my 4th or 5th hour of wearing. long-lasting and creates a nice scent bubble without being too overpowering. RIP Carlos. I think he would be proud of his creation.
Mine came today 11/1000. It was also “pre sprayed” or tested. It smells earthy to me! Very nice addition to my collection. Doesn’t smell like anything else I own.
Smells absolutely NOTHING like black orchid! Not even close. I personally don't like the smell @ all but I didn't buy it for the fragrance itself I bought it in carlos's memory! And I hope the sales can help his family find peace. I hope other people enjoy it as well
I agree, im not a fan of the scent sadly :( but i bought it for many reasons aside from the scent, i def feel privaledged to experience this. This is def a mature scent.
Just received my bottle... had to set it aside and wait for my class to end. Damn, instant love! There was no, "let me wait for the dry down." New to the fragrance community, I lack the vocabulary to describe it, so I won't go there. What I will say is that it's a very comforting sent for me - not overpowering, or cloying. So, it looks like my husband will not be getting this, after all.

Just opened mine too. 🥰I see the black orchid similarity in the dry down. Mine did the same thing, sprayed right on the first try without any empty sprays.
I don't get any Black Orchid from Underground. But because of the vetiver, it reminds me a lot of SJP Stash, just less woody than Stash. Underground is a well blended creation.
I didn't end up liking the drydown on mine. The opening was nice with the citrus and the Pepper but the musk was too much and it reminded me too much of my Dad. The musk is fatiguing on the nose after a while. I'm 35 and I feel too that it's way too masculan for me.
Love Carlos and Steven ! Watching Carlos (BFL) was like watching a uncle of mine 🇩🇴 RIP 🙏🏾 Not a big fan of Redbrook tho, idk what to do with my bottle. Maybe sell it to someone who loves the Fragrance and would actually use the juice? Let me know fragrance Community !
I like both of those guys and enjoy watching their fragrance reviews. That being said, I was exited about getting their fragrance. I wanted to like it so bad, but in all honesty I don't.
