You know what JB? this looks really cool with it's bobbed rear end and all, it looks really good! If we were out in full scale rigs out on the trail, this is what we would most likely see! Home done chop jobs out in the field just like your scale version. It doesn't need to look perfect out on the trail, just be bad ass and function properly and that's all we could ask for! Like the gt5 that came with my axe. Was able to add other rc and got rid of bunch stock remotes. Ive kept mine fairly stock besides tires & decals . Have bunch aluminum for the drivetrain il swap in sometime

Gen 8’s are such awesome trucks . Although I did break my drive shaft, well Grayson broke it trying to do a wheelie up onto a rock pile 🤦♂️ damn kids lol..
Not sure about the gt5 but the Reefs 422 is stock on the Axe edition. I didn’t realize that when I traded for it, oh well, my loss. Thanks for the comment and have an awesome day! 🤘
