When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life. - John Lennon
Some really nice guy at Starbucks near knotts recommended this to me and my friend & honestly if I could, I would thank him. 💘 I really needed this, if you see this thank you so much, you're next Starbucks drink is on me. 💓
I am really impressed with your words, it is really meaningful. Happiness is the spiritual experience of living every minute with love, grace, and gratitude.
I heard a lot of wise things as a kid. Parents, Grandparents, old wise people in retirement homes... pretty much they said to make sure you love who you are. Do what you love and it's not work...its fun. I have LOVED every one of my jobs in life. Each had a unique interest that never made the days seem like slave labor. I even worked slide shift time so that I wasn't bound by time. In college I was going to try to be a cop, then realized the stress was too much.. for a family. Then I searched my heart for the fun and looked at my transcript and found that I was good at computers and math without trying. So I became an IT guy. Now I teach computer science and show kids how to make programs. LOVE this!
You are an inspiration to many .... you're words are like the light for one in sheer darkness.... you bring hope when all the doors are closed respect you my friend 👍👏🏻 ... keep making more and inspire thousands
We're a product of our environment, and we can change the definition of success and happiness in our minds, but at the end of the day, most of us still need to pay for mortgages, car payments, daycare, schools, food...etc. These are very real demands, and a lack of resources can hurt us and our families. We're this way out of necessity. If we want to change into what Jay Shetty's suggesting, then I think our whole system needs to change.
absolutely spot on!! very intelligent comment. most of the times it's out of necessity. Such idealistic thinking of the video cannot be implemented in this modern age
Very true... People have gone mad about success... The more they run after success, the more they loose happiness.... Find true success it is somewhere lying near by you...
u thought me the meaning of happiness keep doing your good job your videos inspire me my family and my friends keeping making such kind of videos it changes one's life ❤👌👍
Happiness like every other thing is a temporary situation. Ideas, feelings, situations are not permanent. Life is not permanent. Nothing is permanent and the constant struggle to avoid sad feelings and situations has become an obsession which actually leads to sadness. Embrace the chaos, do your best for yourself and others and accept defeat when it comes. Eventually, it will subside. Going with the flow is all we can do.
many time it happens but still happiness dosent last longer without a specific reason.. we can calm down but cant b much happy or can maintain that happiness..
Happiness is actually an insight plus an outside job........success is when your heart and mind will not get explode due to internal or external pressure, it will remain in ease till there is equilibrium in pressure, else it will kill you , explode you or squeeze you, .........
