Considering how many college graduates I see at dead-end minimum wage jobs... there is some wisdom there both for us as people seeking employment and for employers. Not every quality employee or skilled worker is going to have a degree. Some of the best craftsmen are trained on the job and don't have real "formal" education. Redman giving out the golden knowledge nugget.
