@@seireiart I switched from iphone to oppo, then from oppo to samsung Aseries and I am pretty impressed, yet I will be receiving a Note 7 next month and it will be my 1st experience with a xiaomi.. hope I will be as impressed as you are guys.. heared a lot about the phone options..
Oneplus is still so good with that beautifull display and has more storage and a better camera and faster overall but i like what xiaomi did to this phone its really a great price for what you are getting
Screens on the Oneplus 7 and S10 is far more superior compared to the one's that Xiaomi use. Absolutely no uniformity on those brand unlike the Xiaomi ones.

for software, surprisingly xiaomi is providing 3.5 years of updates. And for the price I think no company can ever come close, samsung just provides 1 year of updates and from my usage samsung phones become hot garbage after 2 years.

@@ankur3761 The earpiece is made of plastic. Lack of Headphone jack and SD card slot. The durability test videos that I've seen only shows glass can break easily even in a single fall. OnePlus is not what they used to be. They have done a ton of cost cutting with 7 series. Stop over hyping their products.
Wait until Google comes up with the Pixel 4, it's gonna have 6GB/64GB, an SD855 and sell for a measly $1200! And then all the tech bloggers will cream their pants about its *dual* camera setup. Apple has high prices, but at least their phones are cream of the crop when they come out.
K20 pro Stock cam = Terrifies OnePlus Gcam in K20 pro = Murderers OnePlus Rip OnePlus 7 you had a good run in the spot light, even though it was short lived.
First of all both OP7 and K20pro has the same primary camera, so no major advantages there for Xiaomi. Gcam is available for Oneplus 7 as well. Second stereo speakers are only available in Oneplus 7. Third, many people may prefer the stock android alike ui of Oneplus. Fourth, UFS 3.0 storage and USB 3.1 port available only on Oneplus 7. The point is K20Pro is a great phone at a very affordable price but that does not automatically mean it is better than higher priced smartphones from other companies. Every smartphone manufacturer praises their phones to the skies but that does not mean customers should jump on the hype train as well.
OP7PRO is a great phone. People are criticizing it just because it is not as affordable as previous OP flagships. Just because Xiaomi is more affordable, a lot of people are just hyping it up ( and bashing OP7PRO) not even bothering to do a fair comparison.

@@reviewer_random it's the same sensor, yes, but that doesn't mean the rest of the hardware is the same. It has a different aperture size, for example. I'd be very interested in seeing some gcam shot comparisons

Yes, it has a 3,5mm jack - SADLY it's on the TOP of the device, which is SUPER annoying, because you either put all the pressure on the plug/port when you put in your pocket facing down (wearing out the cable and/or port) - or you have to rotate the device 180 degrees every time you pocket/unpocket it. As much as I love my device - this just sucks.
and then there's comes the BOSS who unbox a phn, reviewing it compare it with another in terms of camere , battery . benchmarks .... most importantly he did this less than 10 min !!!! BOOM ,,,,, this is Mrwhosetheboss for u .
K20 is better.. I guess... I own asus zenfone 6...but it's a guess... It's seems better I think... But very slightt.............you should go asus though build quality

@@veershah6430 gcam is basically the modded apk of Google camera app whr u get camera performance improvement on these type of devices... U can grab the apk from Google... search gcam n download the version which will likely work on u r device...

Almost 2 years later popped up in my recommendations nostalgic xD. Also using a custom kernel (Quantic/Candy/Quax) bumps that 360K Antutu result to around 410-420K with MIUI that too
Arguably the flagship killer killer was oneplus itself when they started to not so subtly hike up the prices, put money to advertising and enter the mainstream high end market. Huawei and nowadays more importantly Xiaomi are occupying the void oneplus left when they decided to abandon their original philosophy and go mainstream.

I wanted to Buy 27watt Fast charger at first but when i researched i came to know that there is only 10Minutes diff. between them. So I am Happy With 18watt. I only Charge my phone till 85 to 90 percent. I do not play pubg or heavy intensive games. all good. I am happy with my purchase... And I too have 8/256 GB Blue varient. Shifted from Poco 6/128GB.
I have k20 pro with 6 gb ram and 128 gb storage glacier blue and after 1 year of use.....it's amazing as hell... Gaming is sooooo fun with 855 Snapdragon processor and camera and other specs is nice too
For any Americans thinking of buying this phone, I just got mine a few days ago and it totally works with the AT&T network. I have LTE almost everywhere I go although I haven't gotten VoLTE or wifi calling to work but se la vie. It's a fantastic device and when you compare it's price to the flagships sold in the US, it's almost unbelievable how cheap it is. I think my only con with this device is the fingerprint scanner. It's still more than good enough for everyday use but you do sometimes have to be precise about where you put finger. Like my Mi Mix 2 had a more reliable fingerprint scanner imo. But that's my only real issue with the device.
