Because that 67w can charge yo 100% for like 1hour and that 33w turbo fast charging also can charge from 0 to 100 for like 1hour and 10min i have both of them and the difference that 67w can yo charge to60% for 30 min and to 100% for 60min the 33w in 30min only 35% and in 70min it's 100% that means that he difference it's when you don't have time to charge your phone and your phone is 20% the 67w can charge it to 100% for like 30min or 40min but the 33w take mach longer that's my opinion from my own experience with this 2 phones i can say that the 33w is better because the 11s is cheaper than note 11 pro and i don't see anyy other difference onlyyy the 120hz in note 11 pro but with 12nm processor a lot of drop frames but in note 11s you can get the full 90hz because this phone come with a good processor and don't consume much energyy so you can feel that the note 11s give you more hours of batterryy life than note 11 pro
