Hope you can help me. I just came back from China(wonderful, amazing experience). I bought a Redmi Watch 3 from Taobao, but on return I tried to install the Mi Fitness app, but it won't add the watch. I've watch lots an lots of videos and discovered that this watch is a mixture of many model. When I press the "About watch" on the watch's screen it shows Redmi Watch 3 Lite. I used a translator app to scan the name on the box and it shows "Youth edition". From the videos I've seen the watch looks exactly like a model Redmi Watch 3 Active. It has a pin hole next to the power on button. The strap is also exactly like the active it looks the same as the one in your video but doesn't fit onto the watch the same way it fits like the Actve model. Needless to say I am stuck I bought it for my husband as a gift but cannot use it. I think the problem can be that it is a Chinese version and not a Global version. May be you have answers for me I'm disappointed as I know Xiaomi as I had two Xiaomi phones that was excellent.

I just got one (Redmi Watch 3), but can't get it to pair with the app (Mi Fitness); this means I can't get passed the QR code screen... Any ideas? The app it's self doesn't even have the Watch 3 listed as a supported wearable. It pairs to Bluetooth without issue, but not the app. Maybe you can provide a link to the app?

@@KCK98 My solution? Return it. Even Xiaomi refused to help and told me to contact the seller. Since the seller is in China, I filed a claim with my credit card for a refund. Last time I buy anything Xiaomi...
