I meant better gates

Bar height is obviously different for everyone, but I do tend to run my bars on the low side for this day and age. Even my trail bike has a lower bar setup compared to the standards of the day. For racing, the lower height gives your upper body a more aggressive stance and usually allows you to keep the front end down more. It will be harder to manual and jump, but that is a goal of racing. I like to think about back angle (nothing sciencey) and just think if my back is more vertical with high bars it will want to jump up. If my back is more horizontal with low bars, I will want to go more forward. Bars, stem, stem spacers and front tire can all play a part in your overall height which is measured from the ground, but is in relationship to your bottom bracket height.

I figured. I’m starting on the block to build my form and ended up on the gate yesterday so that video should be out early next week.
