The buttons I noticed that the plastic from the back came out of its place I pushed it and put it back in place and it worked The buttons again for the dpi, it is because of the movement of the white transparent plastic piece that reflects the light and which is under the motherboard of the mouse. You have to put it in its right place and make sure that it moves by about 1 millimeter, no more, that is, it is almost fixed. Bom video. Meu Redragon M711, depois de 2 anos de uso começou essa semana a dar problema de double click. Achava que por ter switches opticos, ele fosse imune a esse tipo de problema... saco. Bom, menos mal que os Logibosta que começam a dar double click com 3 meses de uso. Vou desmontar seguindo o video e fazer uma limpeza, passar um limpa contato, pra ver se resolve.
@@nicolasgoncalves8958 Infelizmente não, e algumas horas depois o mouse foi pro saco de vez - não sei se dei alguma microdescarga estática ao manusear, ou se foi alguma umidade do spray limpa contato que usei, ou se já estava pra acontecer de qualquer jeito. Chato, mas durou mais que os últimos Logitech que tive. Pena que todo mouse está descartável hoje em dia, saudades do meu MX518 que durou 11 anos...
i have the same mouse, but the problem is the wire itself from the mouse. it automatically disconnects when i swipe fast from left to right. i would love to see if you can make a video out of it.
My scroll wheel will stop working every now and again and I have to disconnect and reconnect the mouse to use it again, any help? Everything else works it’s just the scroll
alguns leds do meu mouse fica ligado mesmo quando eu deixo no modo de desligado. já tentei resetar o mouse no software e no botão que ele possui abaixo dele, mas nada funcionou, so me resta abrir ele
If you're here it's probably same reason I am - the mouse fails after only 1 or 2 years of moderate use ??? And you cant easily open it without a heat gun!?!?! I'll avoid this brand evermore...
I'm here because my M711 started presenting double clicking issues on the LMB after 2 years of use. I'll see if I can fix it. Even if it can't be fixed, I've used it daily for 2 years, still much better than Logishit mice that start presenting double clicking issues with 3 months of use (had a G402 Hyperion Fury that started double clicking after just 3 weeks, RMA'd it, same thing with the replacement lol).
@@DevouringKing I also thought that double clicking problems shouldn't happen in mice with optical switches, but still, it did for me. Sadly I couldn't fix it, and a few hours after I tried, the M711 completely died. No idea if it was due to some static discharge when I handled it, or humidity from the contact cleaner spray I used, or if it was about to happen anyways and the double clicking was just the first sign. Sucks, but it still lasted much longer than any recently purchased Logitech mice I owned. Got another M711 and so far it's working well, considering how much they cost, if it lasts another 2 years it's a good deal. A shame that every mouse seems disposable these days, I still miss my OG MX518 that served me for 11 years without any issues.
@@arrowflashbr Im not sure about the Optical switches in the M711 anymore. Because in 3 Years sind Roccat Builds them, i never heared of a single double click issue. To the rest of your story, jeah my old First Generation Razer Death Adder from 2006 was working 7 years for me. Its Rare today. My last Mouse holded 2 years, its dissapointing.

Entrei em contato com a reddragon atraves de ticket, me pediram a nota fiscal e mesmo o mouse fora da garantia eles me enviaram toda aquela parte de cima de graça. só tive que pagar o frete pra mg que deu 31,00.
just to summmerize H.M.K's comment he said you just push the clicker thingies in so like the things you click in so apply pressure at the top and then you should her a pop and it should be good to go
hi. i accidently droped my redragon m711 cobra and now when i click it it doesnt come back up, what i mean my that it the right click and left click stays at hold after i click it once and only if i use my fingers to push it up i can click again pls help me fix this problem pls pls pls i liked and subscribed

O Scroll do meu mouse está clicando com o botão m1 esquerdo, toda vez que eu rolo para cima ou para a baixo o mouse clica. Agora toda vez que eu uso o scroll o m1 fica pressionando.
So, the Redragon idiots have put the screws under the teflon pads, meaning you can't open and clean the mouse without ruining it... I often wonder, how some people got their engineering degree.
@Happy It means that you can't open the mouse unless you take off the teflon feet. Screws are underneath them. Once you peel them off, they will be distorted and won't stick back as they should. So, you want to clean the mouse (2-6 months) you have to get a new set of feet for the mouse, which is exhausting.
@@coel5276 I found the answer: Asus ROG Gladius, Strix Impact, etc. Those mouses with push-fit switch socket design, most probably will have the screws that are not behind the teflon feet.
dont heat the teflon, just try to peel it off. then it sticks back, but its been 2 years since ur comment so i hope ur doign well and stuff @@kornelijekovac9793
Hola, no sé si llegues a ver esto pero tengo una duda: ¿Crees que se pueda remover también esa placa? Como no sé mucho de esto no sé si está pegada la placa a la parte de abajo. Lo digo porque me gustaría cambiar ese cable (de un Cobra pero el FPS) por uno más suave y flexible pero si estoy viendo bien, lo que es la parte del cable entre la conexión a la del exterior del mouse, pasa por debajo de la placa... y pues para desconectarla imagino que tendría que removerse primero. Buen video :)
