@@marys4565 It's basically a warning not to escalate an ongoing case. The judge can not bar an individual from going to private property in such a case, without the owner of the property filing some kind of order.

@@MrDugfresh420 Same, including legally. However, this happened in the US. The situation isn't the same if it's a kid that isn't allowed to drink alcohol. For example, was he served alcohol at the premises? That could change the legal process.

Pretty basic court procedure. His attorney and the prosecutor will reach an agreement and he’ll plead guilty or plead no contest and be able to move on with his life.

Stupid stunt, and we will see something evil happen if these runs into field can continue. There has been 10 or so in European soccer championship games already, and the quarters just started. There will be someone with bad intentions if they can't be stopped altogether. But I don't think he was too much of a smartass in court. The judge interacted with him in a funny way, and he just responded to that. He didn't clown up, stood up straight and didn't whine. Took what he was given, and that's it.

Not really. Why would he tackle someone he doesn't know? He could have had a knife or a gun. Using a taser is justified in this situation.

Bullshit running onto the field just for attention. Actions have consequences and getting tased was them going easy on him. Run into the wrong property and you'll get something way worse.
