I’m genuinely yet to see any true “insights” being generated by the ServiceNOW platform. It seems to be a phase which is bandied around and in practice, is as hollow as ‘actionable data’. Ultimately, SNOWs marketing strategy appears to be to present itself as an panacea; a Swiss Army knife which does everything. Except, it’s a system of badly cobbled together acquisitions. Sadly my experience has been anything but enjoyable.
