You can reduce your problems by half if you apply the recommendations I give for fibromyalgia patients. There are 3 recommendation titles.
1. Sign a treaty with your disease. Doesn't matter if you visit every doctor or get any test, you won't be able to show the scale of your problems. Not even to people close to you. They will get sick of your complaints. Don't try to explain your situation, define it by using situation detection and be clear on what you can't do. Stopping to except people to understand you will give you peace. What you have isn't unsolvable or terminal. Remember; it has a solution.
2. Start with breathing exercises. Get a triflo and use it regularly.
3. Don't get stuck at your traumas. They do affect you negatively, but trying to fix them by force will just feed them more. All fibromyalgia patients have this effect but reason isn't always big events. Focus on present and future.
Additionally:
• Don't get excess with anything. Diet, exercise, vitamin and mineral like supplements all should be applied at a level that won't cause you problems.
• Get rid of the habits like biting lips, pushing ceiling of the mouth with tongue etc. that I mentioned as parafunction in Bruxism Hasta Okulu.
• Don't listen to suggestions but listen to your body. Most of the solutions provided to you may not be a long term solution. Don't drain yourself both mentally and economically by putting too much hope on treatments. You can try homeopathy, which is economic, from your home.
• Reasons I give in Fibromiyalgia Hasta Okulu are based on patients who tried many different methods and couldn't find a solution. Remember the mechanisms I explained when putting your hopes on a method.
