Acurat review. I have had the Mastertronic for almost a year, and it is an amazing product. But, I pretty much had to rely on posts and lots of tinkering to get it to work. Customer support has been very disappointing when it comes to contacting Focustronic. It has taken weeks feel r them tp respond to questions and only after multiple emails. The Facebook group though is quite good. If I was not someone who loves tinkering or if I wanted a product that works right out of the box I would probably not go witb Focustronic. I actually purchased the Alkatronic a few weeks ago and it was much more chalanging to set up than the Mastertronic. Thanks for the RU-vid video!

Great company. I have the alkatronic and mastertronic and love them. These products do need maintenance as they are effectively a mini icp machine.
