The story goes... that a label wanted to offer Reese Youngn a 1 mil deal but Peezy negotiotated it up to 2 mil. Peezy wanted to keep the extra mil for himself. He felt like they would have been splitting 1 mil 80/20 but instead they split 2 mil 50/50. Reese said NO MILS, I'll go another route.... Not here to say who is right or wrong but that's the story.
He had some kind of paper work with peezy , but peezy didnt invest in his projects but wanted a mill out the situation. So Reese felt a cerain way , he hadnt got paid from peezys label at that point. Peezys artist have to fund there own projects. Peezy was kinda reaching on the money tip since he didnt invest money into him and expect to get a large amount back. Reese got cool wit birdman on his own. It wasnt peezy lable that got him known. Cause peezy himself is a big detroit artist but not well known.
