Level 3 does NOT have a skating test. Level 4 only.

This is not a referee skating final.

This is completely wrong skating technique. The pull a rope, snap the toe stuff was laid to rest over 40yrs ago. The rest of the stuff sounds great.

The skate test is not difficult for level three. It does not get hard until you get to level 4.
