I knew Ukraine border was established in 1997 approx, I think, before Putin and it must be assumed that every leader after that MUST accept the national boarders of those bordering them and we know the boarder for Ukraine included Crimea in 2014, that was also when the little green men came to prominence. NB I didn't know it was as early as 2008. As you say it is an internal problem, not Putin's business. Otherwise anywhere there are Russians residing, becomes Putin's business. The facts are rooted in international law. In 1991, the Soviet Union collapsed and russia agreed to Ukraine's borders (including Crimea, Luhansk and Donetsk). In 1994, the Budapest Memorandum was signed and agreed by russia (and USA, UK and France) GUARANTEEING those same sovereign borders in exchange for Ukraine giving up their Soviet age nuclear weapons to russia (of all countries!!). In 2003, Putin personally signed (as president), codifying and officially legitimising Ukraine's borders. On top of that, putin has made several speeches where he has acknowledged the internationally recognised borders. It really is that simple. Everything else is smoke and mirrors, lies and more damned lies, excuses and BS.

B.t.w., ... there already are! Ukraine is a provenly reliable provider of many industrial pre-products and after a timely interruption with the war breaking out - it is retaking stepwise. All to the opposite of Russia - Ukraine will, once the war is over, be pro-actively support to blossom again to the fullest of its potentials - and these are huge. Unless you travel to their district to have it postmarked, other reps may not get the message. So far as ATACMS go, I believe we have already sent more than they have used, and will send more. We will likely empty out old(but newer) stocks and replace them with far better ones, but this takes time. Imagine you are at war; your munitions logistics must be as secret as possible, you must transfer in small batches, and they must be sent along different routes at different random times. Airframes are not something that gets handed over in any short time. Even the most friendly countries do not get airframe transfers for years on average. It's a complex and tedious process. If an ally needed them due to a proxy war that we aren't involved in, we have 2 choices. Fly in ourselves and take care of the problem, or engage in the arduous process of transferring them. They require proper air defense for the airfield, extremely well protected munitions storage, and bunkered hangars. Because Ukraine is at war and Russia has that kind of reach. That's not including the logistics. Watch/read the pentagon the briefs, the F-16's are going to be transferred over the next month or two for certain. The joint chiefs and intelligence services are on it, trust me. The hold-up in aid hurt, but that is because of republicans who did not realize their constituents had shifted focus some time ago. It had become a contention aspect in order to gain more legislative capability. This is normal, but due to critical need, they changed their tune. It was basically a miracle because our economic situation is so tense. The american people are suffering, but that suffering is nothing compared to Ukraines. I could dive far more deeply into each of these aspects, but look at what's written already. There are resources out there if you want to learn more. Our military and intelligence services have advocated for helping Ukraine since 2014, it hasn't changed. I am not going to divulge any information that could help our enemies, but I assure you, there is *MUCH* more to the picture.

There is something else which can appeal to Americans: it's good for business. New contracts from the DOD mean more jobs, a stronger stock market, union workers have solid jobs--and much of it is being spent on needed military upgrades. The vast majority of money is going directly to American manufacturers>American workers>American communities. .

I think there has been 3 or 4 large hits since the 14%. 2 have been reserves. (Tanks). And Russia are showing weakness by constructing huge amounts of scaffold structure around their refineries and tanks. Might be affective against small drones. Russia will need to place restrictions on Petrol consumptions. I think 28% less refineries. Gets affective. The potential to shut down wells is more affective. Difficult to start back up. Hope Ukraine hold up in the next week. This is a big thing now. And Vlads plan is going to be higher.
