Think you're referring to Louie? Yes he is timing the uncoiling of his hips well, we agree. For Louie the benefits will come from reconsolidating good habits and bringing some awareness to this part of his body. If you noticed, he doesn't quite get his weight over his front leg enough which results in his back leg coming through underneath him in to a narrow base finish position (6.58). The band naturally pulls him back so in the future I'd like to see his weight more forward. It will be better to see him releasing his hips/legs through the ball and into the court more so he finishes with a wide base of support.
