Reflections on Pluto's Early Time in Aquarius 

Aquarius 12th h…. As a Capricorn Sun, since 2008 Pluto has turned my life inside out, literally. I’ve faced addiction, incarceration- 13 years in the criminal justice system-total transformation. I’ll celebrate 10 years clean in September, I’m now turning a Baptist church into a place of deep healing- a women’s “church” I’m calling it a castle instead! But we’re going to focus Art, Music,Dance and Gardening. Have the first greenhouse up now! Pluto transits have moved everything out of the way for all of this to take shape! well, I'd say from the standpoint of mystics, this planet never existed, never will perish and never will cease to exist

So much to think about. Having had an Aquarian mother in law, she represented all of these. Breaking the glass ceiling, she was among the second class of women graduates from the Stanford Medical School (back in the 1940's), and while attending, lived with my father in law before they were married (progressive for that time). An iconoclast, she left Brooklyn for Manhattan and had a Christmas tree in addition to observing Hanukkah. Yet, she held fast to the sense that only she truly understood what "worked" for everyone else, and in being true to herself (her most important goal) she went forth unyielding to the perspective of others. Being a Cancerian, our relationship was extremely difficult ..... I always felt that the inconjunct that lay between us blindsided us to each other.

My Aquarius Moon thanks you, especially with a 3.5 year old granddaughter with five planets in Aquarius! We both have Sagittarius rising. Your talk is helping me understand how to better support her.

For me, with South node in Aquarius, feel my heart acess coldness and indiference (shadow side from aqua) with everything that shows off and narcisic dramatic (shadow sides of Leo). For my brain and mental process I realized more capacity to future ideas and work with astrology. Very in the energy of being an "architect/programmer/writer/creator" seeing patterns/cycles manipulating them, BIG PICTURE mind, as if I am a man from the future watching creation play out. "Deconstruct to reconstruct" and going from "programmed to programmer" I always say! While we are here, why not? Adam!! When Jupiter moved into Aquarius a couple of years ago is when I started watching you and became your Astro student. It was also my natal Jupiter Return and it makes so much sense to me how I would go really deep and study ancient hellenistic astrology. Pluto is currently traversing my 4th House and this feels so fitting even just for the fact that the 4th House is called the Subterranean. You once read from ‚ The Dream and the Underworld‘ book by James Hillman and I just absolutely love this one for everything 4th House and Pluto. This video actually really took me back to around 2021 when you were doing looooads of this long form content and also started doing the I-Ching and the Bhakti Yogi Videos which were all like small evening meditations for me. I think you also used Wednesdays or so to like sit down so we can remember why we are doing Astrology. Actually I think I gravitated to you as a teacher a lot because you were doing so many in depth psychological videos about these important why questions. Anyhow this really felt like a throw back to that time and I really appreciate the insights 🙏🏼✨

During this talk, I kept picturing the celestial drummer using the transits to create a melody on the hang drum of your chart. I too have the moon's nodes in Leo and Aquarius and Saturn in Libra. In his masterwork "The Matter with Things" Iain McGilchrist quotes A.N. Whitehead saying, "Relationships are prior to relata". Judgement is best rendered with integrity when the work references the relationship that gave birth to it. I hear this note repeatedly struck in your teachings. I love this video so much!!! Over the past couple years Pluto has been dancing over my natal Jupiter that is at 2 degrees Aquarius. It comes in says hello and then retrogrades back into Capricorn. In 2023 it was there a couple months, this year its been there almost 6 months or more, I imagination next month it will be even longer and may be even more intense but it has really been giving me the opportunity to work with power vs control plus rebirth and renewal through the unseen or unconscious realms. With that my dreams have been literally speaking to me where I am half awake and asleep and I hear a voice coming through the unseen hidden realm into the conscious realms. The other day it said, trust the process with gratitude. So I say to Pluto conjunct Jupiter in Aquarius, thank you for all that you teach and will teach, you are my guru! 🙏💜 Ironically I met a man last April during the eclipse that has a Pluto dominant personality. Go figure! 🤔😆😄😃 Of course transiting Pluto is also sextile my natal Venus in Scorpio and also Natal Jupiter sextile Neptune in Pisces while Neptune is also Trine My Natal Venus!!! So its an abundant three way!!! 🤪😜😂🤣😅

I have Pluto in Leo and now in Aquarius is like being a King wondering out to be a part of the human existence. Having said that I have read stories on this tale ? I recently decided to find a popular celebrity with a near birth date to mine. My how fast AI (?) can be, and the answer was Pierce Brosnan. 5/16/1953 mine 5/10/1953 adding on to this is one of my daughters recently did the DNA thing and it came back heavily to the Irish side. So this said with just a few changes in his chart I am thankful that I didn't have his childhood in !953 Ireland ! Yet how odd how his gifts and mine are as I compare his life's travels and outcomes. He got the height I got the blond hair. He got fame and fortune but we both collect cars and watches have great wives after several trials and errors. I am a Capricorn rising and not having his time marker I should gut guess Sagittarius?

Oooweee....Aqua NN, Sun conj mercury. Thank you for sharing this today! Pluto transiting into my H2, and i have already come to realize that this perfectionism, holding ideals of utopianism, etc has been giving me passion past 12 years while Pluto was in H1, yet also a source of misery, disgust, frustration with humans and even self on the shadow side. Ive come to realize (you mentioned this in a video earlier) that Aqua doesnt accept its humanity. This hit me really hard and created a pivot in consciousness. Since then, I have realized ive carried a heavy burden of toxic shame as a response to my own rejection of self as never being good enough or perfect. Also explains my trine to Uranus on H10--trauma from parental rejection for not being good enough or same as others. In EA, Uranus is trauma. Im less focused on helping humanity to evolve to this utopian state, and more focused on shifting my H2 values to self-care, embracing my humanness and having that compassion you speak of for my human flaws. Im learning the differences between healthy shame and toxic shame, and being good enough and doing better. In this process of cultivating a more loving and accepting relationship with myself, i will naturally take balanced and right action for humanity. Skipped step mars in H4, btw. Thank you, Adam!🙏🏾

I love the message to keep chopping wood, keep being kind and moving forward regardless. Once Pluto reaches 4º in Aquarius, it will be in my 12th house for 20 years. I am focused on using this time of Pluto's final pass through Capricorn to close out the cycle by simplifying and refining what I will take with me into the new phase.

Wow! That sermon has just blown my mind and put so much into perspective about my relationships and how I make art. Both have radically changed since Pluto moved into my 5th house. It’s as if I cannot bear human relationships as they are so messy and I have moved from making anarchic collages & conceptual textiles on the mother daughter bond (Venus in Pisces in 6th opposite Pluto in Virgo in 12th) to painting traditional landscapes, something I have never done before or wanted to do. It’s not even enjoyable but it’s as if some zealous inner dictator is exerting immense pressure on my inner artists to do this. It is oppressive & I feel like I have been captured & put in a high security artist prison regime. How do I escape? Pluto is going to be in my 5th house for years after the last foray into Capricorn. 😳

My own experience with Jupiter in my 8th in Capricorn has been a very long ending of a relationship and the ensuing difficult task of separating our joint assets and finances. We owned a property and a business together. Finally over the last year things have been sorted. The minute Pluto moved into Aquarius, my 9th house, I decided to study Astrology properly and have started your 1st year course. I'm a bit hesitant about what Pluto dipping back into Capricorn will bring. But hey, it's probably just going to wrap up that period in my life finally.

Wow I loved this so much. I'm an Aquarius rising with Venus and Mercury copresent there. you just gave me language to a deep layer of myself that I had yet to be able to articulate. Some things such as physical perfection based on my perceived ideals, a view of my own history as a series of regrets and opportunities that have blessed me, judging systems (for me in the public school system) and having a deep desire to change them, not compromising who I am in romantic relationships which keeps me single 😅 All there...Thank you, Adam!!!

Ever since I started studying astrology my dreams are nothing but a constant download of archetypes, theory ect. I believe in this system to point to the truth yet I feel like I am, in many ways, unworthy of it. I am an Aquarius with Moon in Taurus and Virgo Rising and have moments of resignation due to absolutely hating being a human yet the practicality of my mind and reason keep me anchored to Earth and I find this love and hate dance really beautiful.

Great talk Adam. I wonder why it is not Capricorn that informs architecture in its solidity and love of form? Lincoln, and Darwin were both born exactly the same day; feb 12, 1809. Breaker breaker! Aquarius sees patterns without prejudice when they are at their best - like a photo as opposed to a painting. As you revere Plato, my reverence is for Aristotle; "Even the humblest creatures have something to teach us." You have my utmost respect for your work.
