Hello Adam Great video wonderful information Thank you so much I have subscribed I had a fall down stairs few years back I luckily did not break any bones But I badly tore my left Gastrocnemous Musle I now have trouble with this leg ,I have worked in Hospitals treating people and stood in one spot for hours ,I now know how bad this is for you ,Also recently just finished studying RTT sitting in one position put on some weight dealing with this by swimming as much as I can I was indoor cycling at least 3 to 6 miles a day through winter . If you have any advice I would be very great full. Best Yvonne mullion Cornwall England

This is more a question about our nails. I'm just starting out with my practicum and I'm finding that my thumb nail is pulling away from the skin and causing me pain after a session. Do you have any advise to help with this? I've already increased my zinc which my massage therapist recommended.

Foot massages are great. But the 'theory' behind reflexology is totally unscientfic: there's no evidence that bits of the body 'correspond' to areas on your feet

Then how do you think acupuncture and Chinese medicine works? The proof is in the eating of the pudding. These processes work right before your eyes if you care to do your own investigations ! The Lymphatics need the body “pump” to work this is what this process is doing.

I have the same problem with the bilateral swelling of the ankles. Been digging for a couple of months, ran many tests to see what was the root cause, but I’m yet to find out. Suspected CHF since it’s bilateral, but I don’t have other symptoms. I am both diabetic and have hypertension, I also have bilateral sciatica. I wonder if she was diagnosed and what was her diagnosis for the swelling.
