Hey everyone,
This is a different kind of post for me. I need to begin by saying I'm sorry. Yesterday, I got sucked into the anger, fear, and violence happening around us. I didn't post anything or say anything, but by giving it my attention, I fed it. I stopped serving the world, God, and everyone around me.
What we give our attention to, we feed. Yesterday, I gave my attention to fear, violence, and rage, watching people I love and respect tearing each other apart. This is not okay. We must recognize that our attention is powerful, and life is too short to serve anything but love and each other.
I need to do better, and I pledge to serve love, compassion, and positivity moving forward. I hope you'll join me in this commitment. Let’s focus on how we can improve ourselves, serve our communities, and spread light in these dark times.
