Reforge Gaming is trying to backtrack on this topic. He said in today's stream that he will be removing some of his Members tiers. He'll only have 2 tiers now, gifted members ($5) and regular members($6). He's getting rid of his higher tiers... He's such a 🤡
I would understand him saying this if it was to prevent the trolls, but we all know he thinks of anyone who is not a member like this he will not answer their questions and he will block/ban anyone who calls him out when he wrongs and actually show proof.

My issue is not everyone can afford a membership, me for example. I and my family are going through a very tough time and we don't have the money to throw at a RU-vid membership. People like him come off as greedy.
The difference is people click on dsp to watch him beg and are getting exactly what they want... him begging is the entertainment while reforge is just a slimy worm
I've always felt weird when I watched him live and he pushed memberships so hard. Somehow getting 25-100 NEW ones each stream. That's good money. Maybe he's jumped the fence and can't be bothered with peasants now.

Non-members aren't the only people Reforged insulted. He basically insulted his existing members as well. Practically telling them he wouldn't care about them or want to even interact with them if they weren't members. That's honestly a great way bleed out whatever support you have. Unless of course his members are brain dead enough to think he cares about them.
Imagine being so goddamn full of yourself that you wind up telling all non-members, literally any other viewer on RU-vid, that they don't matter. That's going to give viewers the wrong impression of content creators. sure those content creators exist, but not all of us are like that.

Content request for both you and Batakanta: please react and response to "Why "No One" Plays Mobile Games Anymore" video from Logically Answered channel, because I felt his topic out of context let alone didn't properly research that mobile gaming industry actually has higher dollar revenue/profit than both pc and console gaming combine, plus he literally said "NO ONE(?)" when in reality is that all good mobile games (including few new ones) are almost overshadowed by too many bootleg mobile Hypercasuals (which worries me that it made other new mobile gamers had hard time finding good mobile games) Hope somebody call out someone for their false statement to mobile gaming just like how we call out them for "gaming is dead" negativity bias
It's really wild for him to be saying this stuff on stream. I don't care if it's what you think but never say it because this will drive off and antagonize a lot of potential members. Also not everybody might have the money to spare on a lot of memberships because you're unlikely to be the only channel they watch a lot. It's the same as the female streamer a few years ago who was chastising her viewers for not spending 5$. It's distastefull, unprofessional and just vile behaviour. Nobody cares if you think it but you should never show it.
I was a supporter of SayNoToRage until he stopped covering Destiny, and it's wild to see how far he's fallen and, in retrospect, has not changed at all. I just didn't see it in the past.
I will say this though. I actually subscribed to Reforge's channel for a good little while before he started growing 4 legs and shorthairs. I'd say that for the majority of the time I was a subscriber, I was also a member off of gifted subs alone. There's more than a handful of people who gift memberships(as he's begging for memberships every other sentence) so the fact that over a year later this man is still e-begging, but now actively disparaging anyone who doesn't pay him, its absolutely absurd
The funny thing is if you make a comment on his RU-vid videos he will respond, I made a comment just saying ''Has he ever made a positive Xbox video?'' and I got a salty reply from him, I was asking a genuine question, I wasn't trolling. Guy's a clown.
In Reforge's defense, lolcows do tend to get more trolls than the average person so in his specific case, 90% of the people who watch his stuff regularly but do not pay him may actually be trolls
