Thank you for showing this and giving tips. I have a tub of crushed and sifted gym chalk that I need to reform and you have been the most helpful in getting it reformed. The first few I tried was with horrible results. Yours came out magnificent, so thank you.
Yeah, I was wondering this too. I assume you can, but who knows if you put colors and other elements in there, maybe not. Very curious, so thanks for asking this question!
I just made my first reforms hoping they turn out good 🤞🏼been watching you since my first pregnancy way back in 2018 and finally took the plunge and uploaded a video of my first crush 😍 all I want to do now is buy chalk and crush 😂 love your channel ❤️
@@APowderyMess how crazy I ended up having my baby boy then stopped and got rid of everything to come back in 2023 to start again 😂😂 with a new baby due in 3 weeks 😮 still love your channel btw ❤
Thank you so much for this tutorial it is so helpful and thank you for taking the time to do this i didn't know you had to do this just to remold it thank you again so much your amazing and for anyone reading this i hope you have a great day or night your awesome💖💕💓💗💗💞❤
I’ve never been so excited to watch a video in my life! How can you tell when they are dry enough to crumble? Do your reforms get harder the longer they sit?
I always wait until the feel super light..like how fresh chalk comes. Mine don't get harder if I let them sit. They stay the same. If anything they get more powdery.
For me it take 2 or 3 days in the mold and about 5 out of it. Just depends on how much water you use and how big or small your project is. I usually wait until it feels light weight like when gym chalk is fresh
I personally don't care if the reforms are sifted or not. They crumble the same. It makes no difference in texture or anything. Sifting is nice for video content. Otherwise it's extra work for no reason.
Hey there, I've been stuck on the quickest way to dry my reformed gym chalk. Hubby doesn't want me to dry it in the oven and it takes forever to air dry (if dried inside), is there a certain dehydrator you recommend? I have been looking on Amazon as well, but I'm not too sure yet. Anyway, thank you for the tutorial!
@@APowderyMess I was mainly asking since you said they don't sell the one you showed anymore, was there another brand you recommend. But that's ok, I'll figure it out. Thank you for your reply!
You can try microwave I did BUT keep it on only 1-1 & 1/2 minutes of that will explode & use paper - I was making those little Dixie cup molds so I could use microwave but don’t know about anything bigger …
You asked to keep it in the refrigernator or outside please answer me because i loved gym chalk and i will see your this video my reaction is OMG OMG OMG and i am really fan of you and gym chalk
You have a good heart to teach others what you know 👏 God Bless 🙏 I am into baking clay reforms. I have asked many asnr artist to let me know where i can find those huge flower molds... but no response 😔 Would you be able to guide me please ? Thanks ❤
What do you do with the chalk after crushing it? Can you just continue to reform chalk over and over? I love watching the videos but it just seems so wasteful! Lol
I love this video bc she adds WATER to the CHALK, not CHALK to the WATER as most of these videos do and I'm sad bc I can't find another ones like this... if you find some pleaasee give me the link
@@APowderyMess thank you for answering! I’ve been playing around just bc it relaxes me, not making videos or anything and it’s been hard getting anyone to answer me lol 😂 my dehydrator comes tomorrow so I appreciate your advice and LOVE your videos! 🫶🏻
What is your favorite thing to add to chalk for reforms? I love when they're super crunchy personally so plain old chalk and water is my favorite. Viewers can also answer. I'm interested to see what you all like.
