Refreshing berry drink - compote I cook all year round. In summer, from any fresh berries, and in winter from frozen ones, such as strawberries, raspberries, red currants. You can also add rhubarb to the compote, it gives the compote a sour original taste.
Compote Recipe: 2.5 liters of water, 400 grams of rhubarb, 400 grams of berries, 160 grams of sugar.
