what if the country that you are asylum does not provide any basic rights for refugees, like:healthcare. medical services and the rest.... and even UNHCR does not allow you enter to explain your situation? how can the person do resettlement? please guide

Does resettlement give you citizenship if been living over seas as refugee without any rights i cant find a job due to my nationality or have sim card under my name
Resettlement does not automatically result in citizenship, but it does grant permanent residency. Permanent residency often comes with the right to work, so it is good to check this in advance. Finally, permanent residency can often open a pathway to citizenship, although this could only be possible after a certain number of years.

UNHCR doesn't help it's filled with corruptions they are too many people going through hell plus it doesn't even help find an employment in the country of asylum
Sister my name is temesegen I was born and raised in Saudi after almost 18 years I was forced to leave cause I was renewing the I’d card yearly even though I was born there then I went to Ethiopia cause I couldn’t go to my home country Eritrea and then the war broke down in Tigray region I was forced to go to Addis Ababa here the situation is bad and my father didn’t renew his I’d in Saudi and now he is hiding cause if they catch him he will be deported and now we have nothing I would really be resettled
This is a serious situation for sure. If you have not looked at the different options listed on UNHCR's help page, I would start there. But ultimately, getting in touch with an immigration lawyer is necessary. help.unhcr.org
