Refugees & Africa | Part 6 | Derek Prince's Life Story 

I am a Kenyan and happen to come from the region in which Derek Prince served as a college principal. Blessed be to him for being impactful in that region and in the world. I enjoy listening to him, I like how knowledgeable and articulate Derek was.

I am in tears , as how God blessed this man and his wife and girls through difficult times times and how God hears our prayers . And all the souls that came to know Jesus through their ministry ! I am so , so blessed to still be able to listen to to the word of God from this man of God!! 🙏🏻

What a man of God Derek Prince was/is. I watched this series of his life with great joy and in sorrow also. Brother Prince was a beautiful human being. A real man of our Lord and Savior. His spirit is still with his voice in video. His videos inspire and convict me to this very day. God bless you for keeping this ministry alive.

An amazing story of how Jessica, an African baby was added as the ninth child to Derek and Lydia Prince household. They had already adopted eight girls; this wee black baby, had been bought to their house by an African person and a white Lady who'd heard they took children into their home and asked them, if the couple would take and care for this orphaned child. Derek first response was " No" I am teaching and we have other things to do. Somewhat dejected the people asked if they could at least rest before starting their long journey back to their homes. Derek offered them some water and as they went to leave, the white lady carrying the baby, walked past him, then, the little one stuck her hand out towards him, as if to say, what are you going to do about it? Derek looked immediately at Lydia and she said, give me a week to find a crib and some clothes for her then bring her back. Derek said it was a first time, this had happened, normally Lydia and He would talk and pray about any important decisions they made together first. So Jessica was added to their household and Derek then enlisted the help of the British Foreign Office to have her name put onto his British Passport. When they traveled to the United States Of America, the girls still under their care were also included on Dereks passport. Their intention was to holiday for six months, however, at the border they were refused entry as the period they asked for was deemed too long, Derek asked the office if they would assist him? and wonders of all wonders, all of them were granted US Citizenship. As, Derek had not been born in Britain but India, when the papers were processed his was given special consideration & approved! God certainly has His ways if one is in synch with Him, Derek and Lydia Prince were obedient to His voice, and they saw and experienced many mighty things throughout their lives walking and communing with Him. Jesus Christ is the same today, as He was yesterday and as He will be even tomorrow. God is unchangeable with His Word and Promises in the lives of all who are committed followers of Him. Hallelujah for faith and obedience 💜❤

May the Lord return soon! Amen. God is merciful. He always forgives. Never be ashamed to take your failures to him. He is for you, not against you! God is with you in the storm. He knows your troubles, he hears you! He is for you, on your side, always! It may feel silent at times, but he’s holding you close! May the Lord return soon! We are drawing closer. He is coming! Believe and trust in the Lord, you will be saved. Period. May the Lord bless you all! Hang in there family. Stay strong. It is not easy following the Lord. We are scoffed at. We give up our earthly dreams, our fleshly desires. What the enemy offers is short lived, but heaven is forever! Life may seem or be unfair, but God is with you! Always remember that. Things may get better or worse for you, but a kingdom awaits you! Finish the race! Repent daily and carry your cross. This world is fading fast. Your troubles are temporary! What a man of God he was to take in these children! He could have chosen the wordly selfish way out as he was handsome and educated but he chose God. Praise Holy Jesus name!

This man of God had played a huge role in my salvation and deliverance. Believe in him for his words are true and none of them are his, but from the Holy Spirit. The words of the LORD are pure, like silver refined in a furnace, purified seven times over. (Ps 12:6) I was part of the unreached, but now I am reached. Derek Prince ministry stays true to its calling: reaching the unreach, taught the untaught. I am so blessed God, in his mercy ,led me upon him when the time I really needed someone to hold on to. Derek's words of hope and truth about sin, life and world lead me to Jesus. When I go to heaven, I'd like to meet this man and say my gratitude to him.
