I had a Dyson Ball for about 6 months. It cleaned carpet OK. It was a nightmare to keep clean though. Dyson clearly does not want the user cleaning out the cyclone. Mine ended up having an issue with how the bin/cyclone attached, and Dyson sent me a new part for free no questions asked. I got tired of the dust flying up in my face when I emptied the bin and sold it. It would be a good vacuum if they were Bissell price. The Sebo Felix replaced it and is far superior.
I definitely have a feeling angry customers will be absolutely furious with Dyson knowing that their Dyson vacuums are missing the bin seal for the dustbin. Even though I’m not a Dyson user, I would think twice before buying a refurbished Dyson vacuum with issues not being addressed.
That's terrible. I can understand the mismatched colors on a refurbished machine but the missing gasket and the ill-fitting wand is unacceptable. A non-collector would absolutely break the vacuum just trying to use it.
This was very important video. That bin inner gasket missing is a disaster. I had Vax Air Lift Steerable Pet (Hoover Air Steerable in US). It had leaky cyclone inner gasket and the pre motor filter got very dirty very fast. I had to glue extra gasket to make it work. So that gasket is EXTREMELY important.
Dyson customer service is absolutely appalling!!!! Dyson have moved their contact Centre to South Africa or rather it was outsourced there to another company and it’s been rubbish ever since. This is for UK customers, not sure about USA & Canada.
Reminds me of my Dyson. I got 2 trashed Dysons, a UP13 and UP20. It’s got the UP13 body, motor, cyclone, hose, and wand. And the UP20 cleaner head, bin, handle, and attachments. It’s a dumpster fire, but she works.
Yet another dyson unboxing I would love to try Dyson Ball Animal 2 or ball animal 3 one day and see if I like it and I’m planning to go back using a dyson because I kinda missed using dyson
Imagine all those who received a similar machine in this state and aren’t aware what may be inconsistent understandably it is refurbished but dyson holds themselves to a certain standard and this isn’t it
oh how I wish to afford a new Dyson! another great Intelitech studios video! can someone help me, what vacuum would work best for my cement floor basement? I was thinking maybe a shark? im not a fan of them though.
